Event Day Responsibilities
- The client must ensure timely access to the venue for setup and dismantling
- Decor Planner will not be responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party vendors
- Any damage caused to the décor by guests, venue staff, or external factors will be chargeable
